Gastrointestinal issues such as constipation and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can often be successfully resolved with simple lifestyle changes. Try these natural approaches:

  1. Eat a fiber-rich diet. Include a high-fiber breakfast cereal in your morning meal, add extra servings of vegetables to your lunch and dinner, and substitute whole organic fruit for chips at snack time.
  2. Drink plenty of pure, filtered water.
  3. Get daily exercise.
