7 Years Younger - Your Anti-Aging Tip Sheet
One smart move guaranteed to freshen your complexion: regular exfoliation. Here are three easy ways to incorporate this anti-aging step into your skin-care regimen.

Twice a week, exfoliate your face first thing in the morning. During sleep, the rate of skin turnover slows, allowing dead cells to build up on the surface and leaving skin feeling rough and dry. A clean sweep helps you face the day looking younger and dewier. And it’s not just a cosmetic fix: Exfoliating not only removes dead cells, it encourages skin to increase production of new, healthy cells.

Your exfoliation options
1. A scrub This wash-off product contains a gentle physical exfoliating agent, such as jojoba beads. Avoid abrasive, rough-edged grains or granules like apricot kernels or walnut shells; these can cause tiny micro-tears in your skin, which up the odds of redness, irritation, and roughness. (Just what you don't want!)

2. A brush A soft, natural-bristle brush plus a little warm water can help you nudge away dead-cell buildup. If bristles don't appeal, try an electric-powered cleansing device, available at most drugstores. The brush heads rotate (as well as oscillate on some models), dislodging dirt from pores and sweeping away dead skin.

3. An exfoliating cleanser Choose a physical exfoliator, with scrubbing beads (like those mentioned above) that let you remove dead cells and sebum, the waxy oil produced by the skin, with a little muscle; or try a chemical exfoliator, which works by dissolving the bonds between dead surface cells. The chemical exfoliating ingredients that many dermatologists recommend are salicylic and glycolic acids.

After exfoliation, slather on a facial moisturizer with sunscreen or a moisturizer topped with a separate layer of sun protection product. Then, apply your makeup, as usual.

The anti-aging bonus of regular exfoliation?
Your skin will absorb more moisturizing plant oils, collagen/elastin boosters, and antioxidant ingredients from your other skin-care products, such as cleansers, moisturizers, and serums. Your makeup will also go on more smoothly, so you&rsll need less and look more fresh-faced. Start your facial clean-sweep today and get ready for the compliments!

GotQuestions.org Question of the Week Subscriber:

GotQuestions.org needs your support! Would you please prayerfully consider supporting GotQuestions.org financially?
Click here to go to the GotQuestions.org online donation page.

In just the first five months of 2013, God has used GotQuestions.org to produce some amazing and exciting results:
Over 24,000,000 visitors
Over 41,000,000 webpages viewed
Over 66,500 professions of new faith in Christ from around the world

For testimonies of how God is using GotQuestions.org to minister to people, please visit our Testimonials page.

Beyond great statistics, 2013 has already been a very productive year!

In March, we launched our site for teens - www.412teens.org. We are very excited to have a site with content directly targeting the teen demographic. In May, we relaunched our site for kids - www.gqkidz.org, with a new look, new features, and a greatly expanded article list.

Our new book, Questions about God was released in April. Our next book, Questions about Jesus Christ, will be released in June or July. Each book contains the 100 most frequently asked questions from those categories.

In regards to ongoing plans, we have a list of over 600 new articles to be written for GotQuestions.org and we will also be continuing our development and expansion of the other sites in our network: www.compellingtruth.org and www.blogos.org.

Beyond these, our goals include translating significantly more GotQuestions.org content and expanding/improving our mobile device apps (iPhone/iPad, Android, and Windows Phone).

Our financial needs:
Our regular financial obligations include: salaries for our full-time employees and part-time employees, payments to translators, webhosting, graphic/web design, programming, hardware upgrades, software upgrades, and printing needs (cards, brochures, bumper stickers, T-shirts, etc.).

All combined, our monthly financial need is approximately $30,000. That may sound like a significant amount, but with the tremendous impact GotQuestions.org is having, we believe it is well worth the investment. We know that God will provide as long as we are within His will. If you feel led of the Lord to financially partner with us, please do so.
