GenCorp names two new execs after Rocketdyne purchase

Rancho Cordova-based GenCorp Inc. named Jim Maser as vice president for corporate strategy and development and Warren Boley Jr. as president of Aerojet Rocketdyne, the company formed June 14 when GenCorp (NYSE: GY) completed its $550 million acquisition of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne and folded it into its Aerojet subsidiary.

As you might have heard, California lawmakers passed a $96.3 billion budget on Friday after Democratic leaders and Gov. Jerry Brown agreed on the annual fiscal plan earlier in the week.
