GenCorp names two new execs after Rocketdyne purchase Rancho Cordova-based GenCorp Inc. named Jim Maser as vice president for corporate strategy and development and Warren Boley Jr. as president of Aerojet Rocketdyne, the company formed June 14 when GenCorp (NYSE: GY) completed its $550 million acquisition of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne and folded it into its Aerojet subsidiary.
